The app reads only the Jira information it needs to run the review you requested.
What the app reads
The app reads the current Jira request, the details you chose, status and time information, visible change history, and visible Jira Service Management approval history.
The recent-changes list reads up to 25 completed requests' reference numbers, titles, statuses, and update times so you can choose a request to review. The list does not decide whether anything changed after approval.
What happens to that information
- Not saved by the app: the app does not save Jira request content, the details you choose, approval records, history, or results.
- No external service: there is no external server, usage tracking service, advertising tracker, or external data transfer.
- The app asks Jira for information as the signed-in user. It runs on Atlassian's managed app platform, called Forge, and does not ask for your Jira password or access token.

If you contact us
Email sent to our published business addresses is handled separately from the app through Zoho Mail. We use it to respond to your message and manage related support, privacy, or security work. Do not send passwords, access tokens, raw Jira content, approval records, personal data, or unredacted screenshots.
