The tool
A read-only app for Jira Service Management (JSM) change requests. It shows whether important details changed after approval.
What it does
A change request is a Jira item used to plan and approve work such as a software release, infrastructure update, or service change. Change Decision Evidence uses the latest completed approval it can clearly connect to the request's history. It then checks the details you chose. A later edit is reported even if the detail was changed back. If Jira's history is incomplete or unclear, the result is Cannot determine.
Use it like this
Open the app section on the Jira request.
Select the details you want checked.
See what changed after approval.

The later edit is still reported if the field is changed back. A later clear final approval resets the comparison point.
